No, you don’t have to create an account to place an order. You can immediately add items to your cart. When you’re ready to make payment, click on “checkout” to enter your billing and payment details. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from NuMedical. To make this easier and simple for your future orders, we encourage you to create an account with NuMedical so that your shipping address, contact details and order history are saved.
If you have not created an account, proceed to add items to your cart. When you’re ready to make payment, click on “checkout” to enter your billing and payment details. On this page, you will have the option to tick the “create an account” box. Once you have selected the “create an account” box, you will be prompted to enter your password. Please use your email address as your username and chosen password to log in to “My Account”.
Log in to “My Account” and enter your username (email address) and password. To change your account details such as email address or password, click on “Account Details”.
Click on the “forgot password” link under “My Account”. Enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

For items that are out of stock, you can still add them to the cart and proceed to check out. It means that these items will be on back order. We will notify you by email on the time frame you will be expected to receive the products.

You will receive an email from NuMedical to inform you that your order has been dispatched with a shipment tracking number.
All orders will have to be prepaid prior to delivery. NuMedical accepts Visa and Mastercard. Please call us on 1300 998 224 or email orders@numedical.com.au to apply for a 30-day credit account. Credit applications are subject to credit approval.

We offer free shipping/delivery for orders over $299 (inc GST) in a single receipt, Australia-wide! If your total order in a single receipt is less than $299 (inc GST), the delivery charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Delivery charges depend on the total weight of the shipment and your shipping address location.

All orders received prior to 12.00pm on a normal business day will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Depending on where you want the goods to be delivered to, the estimated date of delivery will vary. You will be notified by email once your shipment has been dispatched. A shipment tracking number will be included in this email which you can use to track your shipment. Delivery normally takes 3 – 5 days upon dispatch from our warehouse.

NuMedical Pty Ltd offers “Money Back Guarantee” return on goods sold within 30 days from the date of purchase. To make a claim, please call us on 1300 998 224 or email orders@numedical.com.au to speak with a NuMedical Account Manager to arrange for a “Return Authorisation”. A Return Label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Please affix the Return Label onto the product. The product must be returned to NuMedical Pty Ltd in its original packaging, unmarked with all of its contents as shipped. NuMedical Pty Ltd can arrange for the product to be picked-up, however, the return freight cost will be at your own cost.
If your item(s) has been damaged in transit, i.e. the product needs to be reasonably considered of un-merchantable quality, kindly speak with a NuMedical Account Manager at your earliest convenience on 1300 998 224 or email orders@numedical.com.au upon receipt of the damaged in transit item(s). You may be asked to provide a photograph of your item(s). Please note that events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent an item from being accepted for return.

To make a warranty claim, firstly check if the product comes with a product warranty guarantee. For products that have warranty, the product warranty guarantee will be included in the shipment. Warranty claims must be made within the specified time written on the product warranty guarantee.
